Regular paper towels are made from wood fibers (trees), which are long and can be loosely woven, creating a fluffy, sponge-like product. However, this comes at the expense of our forest ecosystems. In contrast, our bamboo-based paper towels use shorter, silkier fibers, resulting in a strong and absorbent product, albeit not as fluffy as traditional options.

Think of our tree-free paper towels as an excellent sustainable alternative for everyday wiping and the perfect complement to reusable dishcloths or sponges for bigger spills that require disposal. The natural browning of the paper, without the whitening process, means production requires fewer resources like water, energy, and whitening agents.

We've taken a holistic approach to sustainability, ensuring the rolls are individually wrapped in paper to avoid plastic, and the box is made of cardboard with plastic-free tape. These wrappers are functional, meeting hygiene standards, protecting the rolls during transport, and allowing for easy stacking in your bathroom. Importantly, the wrappers are also compostable.

Our paper towels are designed to fit a standard holder, with a roll diameter of around 3.75 inches and a core diameter (hole) of 1.57 inches. Bamboo is naturally hypoallergenic, making our towels safe for a variety of uses, such as napkins, wrapping veggies in the fridge, or covering food in the microwave.

While these are single-use, disposable paper towels, they provide a sustainable alternative for your everyday wiping needs and can complement reusable cleaning tools like dishcloths or sponges. Each roll contains 110 compact, select-a-size sheets (11" x 6") to help reduce waste.
